Overview
Current Project I’m responsible for the design and development of the HRT digital presence covering UX architecture, brand system integration, and front-end delivery with room for backend-driven expansion.
Problem
HRT needed a digital system that could clearly communicate training offerings, support multiple audiences, and scale as new programs and resources were added.
Constraints
Rapid iteration requirements, limited bandwidth, and the need to design for growth without rebuilding architecture later.
Process
- Defined information architecture and primary user journeys before visual design.
- Built wireframes and interaction patterns aligned to real training use cases.
- Designed a consistent UI system to support repeatable page layouts.
- Implemented front end in semantic HTML/CSS/JS for performance and maintainability.
- Planned integration points for backend-driven content and future tools.
Solution
A structured, scalable site foundation that communicates offerings clearly and supports long-term expansion.
Impact
Improved clarity of offerings and reduced navigation friction. Established a foundation that supports future digital products and training resources.
Reflection
As content grows, the next step is to add lightweight analytics-driven iteration and continue improving conversion paths while preserving trust and clarity.
