Havoc Labs Website
A mobile-first conference website designed to present product concepts quickly and turn in-person interest into booked conversations.
Overview
Havoc Labs needed a website experience that worked in the real context where people would discover it: on a phone, during conferences, after conversations, and between meetings. The site had to explain the work quickly, create credibility, and make booking the next conversation obvious.
Problem
Conference traffic is impatient. People scan on mobile, often while multitasking, and they need a fast answer to three questions: what is this, why should I care, and how do I book time?
Constraints
The site needed to support mobile-first discovery, visual product storytelling, and a clear booking path without burying users in background detail.
Process
- Prioritized mobile layouts first because the conference use case was phone-heavy.
- Structured the page around quick comprehension: product visuals, concise positioning, and direct next steps.
- Designed calls to action around securing bookings instead of general browsing.
- Used product imagery and supporting context to create credibility quickly.
- Built the experience to stay lightweight and easy to update as the product story evolved.
Solution
A mobile-first site that presents Havoc Labs clearly, supports fast scanning, and moves interested conference contacts toward a booking conversation.
Impact
The project reframed the website as a conversion tool for real-world sales moments rather than a static brochure. That focus shaped the content hierarchy, page flow, and CTA strategy.
Reflection
The next iteration would add event-specific landing pages, lightweight analytics on CTA engagement, and clearer follow-up paths for different audience types.
