This project focused on translating a connected home product into a mobile experience customers could understand quickly: setup, status, controls, support paths, and account-level product information.
Design Focus
- Clarifying the app structure around device setup, device status, and customer support needs.
- Making technical product states easier for non-technical users to understand.
- Reducing ambiguity in account and product-management flows.
- Supporting a branded experience that still felt practical and utility-first.
What To Add Later
Screenshots of the primary app flow, setup states, device detail screens, and any before/after wireframes would make this page much stronger.
