I led a complete rebrand, modernizing the identity from an illustration-heavy mark into a clear, scalable system usable across packaging, web, video, and product experiences.
Problem
The existing brand was inconsistent and hard to scale. Leadership needed a direction that matched the company's goals and could unify customer touchpoints.

Significant stakeholder involvement and scrutiny required rapid iteration and strong rationale for design decisions.
